A strong yes to openness and tolerance

The recent article by @thomas Beschorner in DIE ZEIT has deeply touched us at aixprocess. Openness and tolerance have always been more than just words at aixprocess - they are the foundation of our corporate culture. These values are so natural and deeply rooted in our company that we have never felt the need to explicitly position ourselves on them. But the article has opened our eyes: In these uncertain times, it is more important than ever to raise our voices and stand up for our beliefs.
We are therefore saying a loud and clear “yes” to openness and tolerance, which are essential for our corporate culture and a functioning democracy.
Although we are a small company, we feel a great social responsibility. The rise of right-wing and radical right-wing movements and increasing intolerance require our commitment.
Our daily work and external communication reflect these values - be it through our Christmas post or the images on our website. We are firmly committed to the principles of an open, liberal society and reject the division promoted by groups such as the AfD.
At aixprocess, we are active shapers of an open, diverse future in our company, our community and society.
